I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far! My husband and I took the day off yesterday, so today feels like Sunday—but it’s not! Hooray! We still have a full day of fun before we go back to work on Monday.
While trying to decide what to do on this rainy Saturday, we had our minds fixed on some awesome nachos! We decided to make them ourselves and they turned out great. I wanted to share the recipe with you all!
Without further ado, I give to you….
Delicious Homemade Nachos!
You will need:
- Mexican Shredded Cheese
- Tortilla Chips(we like the “hint of lime” kind)
- Frozen, shredded chicken(fully cooked)
- Black Olives
- Sour Cream
- Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread chips evenly over cookie sheet. Put a layer of shredded cheese over chips, add chicken, rotel, black olives, oregano and another layer of cheese.
Bake in oven for 4-5 minutes, watch closely! The cheese will burn.
